Ofada (Chili Stew)

Ofada stew or the Nigeria designer stew uses a combination of green pepper, red pepper, habanero pepper, bleached palm oil, African spices, onions, assorted meat (optional) and locus beans (optional) that gives the stew a unique taste and smell.
